Mushroom Rice

Mushroom – 1 Packet
Rice – 1 cup
Oil – 1 big spoon
Onion – 1
Chilli Powder – 1.5 teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 2 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – A pinch

Heat oil in cooker
Add onions and fry
Add mushroom (sliced thin)
Fry with turmeric powder and salt
Add chilli powder and other powders, Fry for 2 minutes
Add ginger garlic paste, Fry for 2 min
Add washed rice and fry
Add 2 cups of water
Cook for 3 to 5 whistles in pressure cooker
Mushroom rice is ready
