Breakfast : Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cup plain flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2  tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar (1/2 cup will be more healthy)
  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Oil / butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 Apple (Cut)
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins /Fried fruits / Nuts (Optional)

Direction

Step 1

Blend eggs, oil, Vanilla essence in the blender for 2 mins. Add bananas, cut apples and blend for a minute.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, Baking Soda, salt, sugar, raisins and Nuts.

Step 3

Mix the wet ingredients to the flour mix gently.

Step 4

Pour the mixture in the baking trays/muffin trays. Bake for 20-25 mins for 180 degree.
