- 1.5 Cup plain flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 Cup Sugar (1/2 cup will be more healthy)
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 1/2 Cup Oil / butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Vanilla essence
- 1/2 Apple (Cut)
- 1/2 Cup Raisins /Fried fruits / Nuts (Optional)
Blend eggs, oil, Vanilla essence in the blender for 2 mins. Add bananas, cut apples and blend for a minute.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, Baking Soda, salt, sugar, raisins and Nuts.
Mix the wet ingredients to the flour mix gently.
Pour the mixture in the baking trays/muffin trays. Bake for 20-25 mins for 180 degree.
