I am not taking about your body parts. If you workout the outside and the inside of your body will be taken care automatically or atleast the doctor can cure it.

How to take care of yourself as a whole?
The below are some 10 steps that will help you take care

  • If it feels wrong, Don’t do it
  • Say “Exactly” what you mean
  • Don’t be a people pleaser
  • Trust your instincts
  • Never speak bad about yourself
  • Never give upon your dreams
  • Don’t be afraid to say “No” or “Yes”
  • Be kind to yourself
  • Let go of what you can’t control
  • Stay away from drama negativity
