An argument between a husband and wife could lead into big fights. If this continues, it could even lead to divorce. It is always better to avoid such arguments. The top 10 ways to avoid arguments and live happily as a couple

  1. Every person has their own likes, dislikes and habits. They have their positives and their negatives. You have to learn to accept the person as they are. Do not try to change the other person.
  2. Do not use harsh words against your spouse and do not talk bad about the spouses family members.
  3. Make sure you do not involve a third person in your arguments. If you let the third person get into your fights then the fight would take a different perspective.
  4. When one person gets angry, the other person should try to remain silent. Do not talk about incidents that happened many years ago.
  5. Make sure you show your love to the other person. It could be even in the form of a praise or a positive comment.
  6. Make sure you talk to each other for at least 10 minutes. During this time the other person should be listening attentively.
  7. Discuss matters related to money. Discuss all the income and expenses of the family. Anything hidden related to money could lead to problems later.
  8. Never hesitate to apologise and the same time do not lose your self-respect.
  9. Both of them should have hobbies and friendship circle. You need not satisfy this after marriage.
  10. Couples should do things together like drinking jogging cycling or even yoga or music.
